It was the same with Harley Med, I had a pretty comprehensive pack but even so nothing as valuable as the advice I've learned from here! It was just stuff like..Have a shower and hair wash before you leave..Don't wear any makeup or nailpolish..etc. So you're not really missing out on that front!
