just wanna say....

well done hun!! i used to smoke and quit when we were trying for our oldest baby lady and now i'm that god awful "ex smoker" that sits and gives smokers evils in restaurants!! lol its still legal to smoke in restaurants where i live, i hate it!

so i love it when i hear someones quitting, i know how hard is it...

keep it up hun, just think of your lovely new boobies everytime you fancy one...

ah thanks Hun, its nice to have some support im back at work today and it hasnt bothered me not having the normal ritual of having a cig every hour!

Must say mind my chests not too good this morning im rattling! hopefully it wont last too long mind.

I went all day without a ciggy yesturday! Didnt even think about it, i thought brillient, this is going to be easier then i thought.
Went up the stables to get my horse in last night and all us girls standing around having a chat with a cup of coffee and my mate gave me a fag, and i put it in my mouth and lit it!!!! I couldnt believe it, i didnt even think what i was doing, it just sort of happened! Very strange. I soon threw it on the floor though...x

Oh no dont give up though, it just shows how much of a routine you get in when smoking.

I was about to go outside after my lunch then realised ive packed in! lol its quiet a nice feeling though when you realise, keep it up we will all have to keep each other informed on our progress may help other ladies wanting to pack in for there BA aswell. x x x

Well done Cakeybaby!! I quite just over 3 years ago and i havent looked back, infact im now one of those annoying ex-smokers that coughs loudly when someone walks past with a lit fag! Hysterical

My hubby still smokes and i hate the smell of it!
You will do great hun! oh and i thought you meant the funny Alan car too! lol, x

Congrats on giving up the evil weed I've just ordered myself a copy of the Alan Carr book, i've been thinking of quiting for a little while and these stopped smoking threads have really spured me on. Well done to all that have done it
