Re: packed in smoking for BA
Oooh well done!
I gave up for about 2 months, about a month before and a month after. Then I started just having one or two if I was drinking...then it went to just one or two in the day...and now I've crept back up...not as much as I was, but still 10+ a day.
So today I decided to actually quit properly again, and my boyfriend is doing it too which should help :)

Well done. Your boobies will thank you LOL!
I substituted a ciggie with a glass of pineapple juice... yeah, a bit strange I know... but it helped to give me something to do and be healthy at the same time.
Take each day at a time and you'll be fine. All the best, Angel xx

Me too! At the risk of hijacking your thread... he's just hilarious, I'd love to see him live! So I'll leave you to get him to write the book then... let me know how that goes
Anyway, back onto Allen Carr and Smoking...

Yeah for sure! I think because my incisions were looking so good afterwards, for some reason I thought "oh well, they're doing so well, it won't hurt em to smoke" but I don't think that's really the right attitude!
I'm using the chewing gum...are you using patches or anything? Not sure if you have discussed this with your surgeon btw, but mine said that I wasn't allowed to be on any kind of NRT either as this still reduces the oxygen levels in your blood!
