Well I'll be in at 7am tomorrow so have packed my bag, tidied the house ready and got all my stuff ready to go. Quite nervous but holding it together ok so far. Will have a shower and remove all my nail varnish so I'm raring to go in the morning. Wish me luck!! Not even 100% sure whether i'm having unders or overs and he's sizing me when I'm knocked out so not sure what size i'll end up with, somewhere between 240 and 300 I think. Having Nagor Impleo and I'll post how I got on as soon as I feel human! Laura x

Thanks everyone, all went very well and I'm pleased with the results. Had 295cc Allergan McGhan soft touch over the muscle. No pain at all so far just a horrible heavy feeling. This is worse as I was so badly bruised he told me not to wear a sports bra at all for the first week so I'm hanging free so to speak! Keeping my fingers crossed I'm not doing any damage but I guess he knows what he's doing. Going back Christmas Eve to have dressings changed and for him to have a look. Hope to be in a bra for Christmas! WIll post whole story tomorrow, thanks for all the good luck messages, they're all appreciated xxx
