Worried about one boob bigger than the other
Girls
I know its early days still but just wanted some reasurrance or advice really. Looking back over my pics one of my boobs has always been bigger than the other and lower. Do you think that its just because its early days or do you think they will even out. My incisions aren't in the crease either but on my boob, will that change?
Should i make an appointment to see my PS and express my concerns about it, its just that I can't see any difference from 1 week to the next?
Username is sarahsbabies2 and just add a note below if you don't have the password and I'll PM it to you.
Thanks xx

Re: Worried about one boob bigger than the other
Can I have a look hun? Crease incisions are usually made a little higher than the crease so that they arent visible from front on x
Re: Worried about one boob bigger than the other
hiya hunny, it's all normal what you are describing, i have one bigger than the other too and sometimes it looks alot bigger then other times not too much.
also my incisions are on my boobs too atm, they do usually end up in the crease when they have dropped and settled in their pockets.
in saying that though with my second b/a one of the scars stayed on the boob which i didn't like so i'm hoping this time the will end up underneath where they should be.
it's still very early days for you hun and for that you are talking at least 6 months for all the settling to be done.

Hey hun x
I just had another little peek x I must say they are looking fab x Your right is slightly bigger than left but this is REALLY normal hunny x Somedays you will find that it is more noticeable and pronounced than others x I do with mine x
I had different size implants to even mine out and although a lot better they are still odd in size x Your PS obviously didn't feel that you needed diff sizes hun x
Yours still need to find their shape sweety, they look exactly as mine did at this stage along the bottom, which is slightly squashed due to the uplift, but they will find their form with time, I promise x Your scars look Ace and I must say I'm a bit jealous x
I can't help with the scars as I don't have one in the crease but I'm sure Annie66 explained it ever so well in a post that Carlie made x will try to find it for you hun x

Hi SB!!
Sounds all normal to me!!! They are a nuisance boobs sometimes As the other girls have said, Annie explained very well, also you most probably still have some swelling. Plus you had more trauma to the chest with an uplift...all takes time to settle.
Hope you are feeling a bit better after reading that you are not alone with this we all have 'odd' boobs for a while!!
Could I have a peek please?
Thinking of you!!! xxxx

Re: Worried about one boob bigger than the other
Thanks girls, I just had a look at my pre-op ones and that made me feel a whole world of better . I can't believe how badly stretched they were, they were soooo long.
I'm just so impatient, I know I've just got to wait for the smaller one to drop as the implant is still high up, and I can see that looking at the pics with a sensible head on. But you just get so paranoid about it don't you, and I keep having surgery dreams, scared that I'll have to have it done again (had a facelift in my last dream!!).

Re: Worried about one boob bigger than the other
SB Thanks for sharing!! You really need to stop dreaming!!! It is like googling!!
Anyway, I have just had a peek, and I think, as you say looking at the pics. with a 'sensible' head as if they were someone elses ....you will see the great improvement from pre-op till just 25days!!!! You really are impatient!!
Personally I think you still have a little swelling and one needs to drop more...it can take up to six months and continued settling up to a year. You also cant really compare to someone like me, as, I had implants put in an 'empty' 'wrinkly' space Whereas, you had much more surgery on excisting tissue and muscle along with implants....be kinder to you
My crease incisions were on my boobs originally too, where they should be put to allow for settling, they only evened out and dropped down around I think 6/7 months. The left slower than the right, both in boobs evening out and scar dropping. When I seen P.S. at 7 months he was happy with progress etc. however, said to still exspect further improvement up untill a year.
I do recall the early days having similar thoughts and not having found this forum....you do get paranoid!!! Thinking all sorts of mad thoughts...should I have done this? why did I do it? was it worth it? etc. etc. but, by 6weeks they are gone when you see the changes more objectively. Personally I think you have a fantastic result that you should be proud of!!! Looking ab. fab. in bikini too!!! Please try and be patient and enjoy the journey...it sure is worth it!!xxxxxx
P.S. I try to dream of having a facelift....hoping it will become reality!!!! But, I just dont seem to quite manage it...even though it is much needed

Re: Worried about one boob bigger than the other
Just took a look hun and they're healing so well I do see the difference in size but it was there pre op i guess so its to be expected. You probably still have some swelling and some more settling to do so you could bring it up with your ps ans see what he says but I think they will even out more soon, they look so fab and perky x

Hi!
I don't have your password anymore SB, but what Kay said here was the same with mine too, flat along the bottom, and its only the last couple of weeks that they've changed such a lot. My insicion is also on my boobs and on one I could even see it from the side, my PS said it would move when they dropped though and they have, they are closer to the crease now (again only in the last week or so) but still have a little more to go until they are where they're supposed to be! x

Hey, could I have a look at your pics hun? I think the first month or two of the healing process if definitely the worst as I know in my case I just can't stop scrutinizing my pics and looking in the mirror looking for things that don't look or feel quite right. From the look of your avatar your boobs look amazing hun! Especially for 25 days post op! xx

Hey hun, just had a peek and your boobs look FAB. There is a slight difference in size but I only saw it because I was looking for it. They have healed so well and shape/size are so perfect for you. I think they still have more healing and evening out to do but they look fab right now. xxx
