weight gain during 6week rest period....
yes its me again!!!!
so im not allowed to do any exercise other than walk!!!
what about slimming pills?? is it ok to take diet pills while healing???? theres no way i to pile on the pound while im waiting!!!!!!

I would walk as much as possible and eat as healthily as possible. I'm like you, I freaked when I found out that I wasn't able to do anything physical. I cut out all meat and junk and decided to walk everywhere. Anything more vigorous than that, it's just not worth the risk! Good luck! x

I agree, just eat healthily and walk around often and keep busy without straining yourself, theres always time to lose weight after recovery x

As long as you keep fairly active by going for walks and taking the stairs for example, you should be OK xx

Yes, I did lots of walking and I was fine - I crept up a few pounds but that's gone now. The biggest weight gain I had was with the bloating just after the operation, but that came off as soon as I stopped taking the painkillers.
Don't worry about it, you'll be able to maintain your weight with a sensible diet and walking

Might sound a bit daft but you will put on some weight anyway as the implants will weigh something too :-)
