i think i must do that everyday!! i think it really depends on how big u r in th first place, i wud imagine th more you weigh th more u can perhaps get away with losing. i cant speak from experience tho, i shud hav though you'd get away with losing half a stone at least!! xx

I'm exactly the same, been eating sooooo much junk. It's def comfort eating because I'm worried about the op. I've got 6 weeks till my op and I keep telling myself that there is no point getting fit now because I won't be able to exhausted after my BA for a while (that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it haha) at this rate I'll be huge :-( xx

I wouldn't worry too much, it's probably just a bit of comfort eating, or time of the month, just a little water weight and you should be fine to lose that a few weeks after your BA. When I had my BA I was a size 14-16 weighed about 11 and a half stone (maybe more) after my BA I had a bad break up and lost 2 stone, my boobs never changed, although I've been a size 10 and nearly a size 18 in my life and my boobs never grew or shrunk with it. I just stayed an A cup. If your boobs dont tend to go up and down with your weight you should be fine.

Oh misf1 that's good to no, my boobs haven't really ever changed through weight gain or loss so hopefully my boobs won't b affected after if I loose some weight!! Thanku for sharing ur experience

I went running this morning to try and get a bit fitter and oh my god it hurt!!!! I thought I was going to be sick lol. Think I'm going back to my original plan of comfort eating and I'll worry about the weight after my BA, a long while after haha

I am trying to lose weight (although have had a weekend of junk food cos I felt sorry for myself, but paid for it last night when I caught the bug my daughter had Sunday night and I spent a good hour last night on the loo and puking!!!), and I'm going down the gym every day while the kids are at school. I spend an hour in the gym, and have been eating healthy too. But where I am toning up as well as burning fat I am only actually losing half a pound a week, if that which is really annoying cos I need to drop the weight fast for my skydive!!!
But I just do not do running!!! I never have, never will!! I do not run!! lol
