Arnica cream
Sent the hubster out to get arnica tablets and he got the cream - duh!! Can I use this? X

Yup. Keep it in the fridge, and away from your scars. It's bolony in my opinion though. Me and D both used it before ops and still bruised like b1tches. It's homeopathis, so it's neither proved not disproved whether it works. By all means go for it though, can't hurt.

Great - thanks Charlii - good tip re the fridge. The top of my boobs are so swollen and sore - they make me feel sick! But generally feeling a bit more positive! X
