Re: Feeling sore
Have you put your Xmas decs up?? Exciting!! Sorry to hear you are a bit sore lovely! But you are still quite early on in your recovery really so there are bound to be times like this!! It's prob because you were lifting arms a lot and doing things you don't do everyday. Takes a while to build the pec muscles up again I'm sure!! Hope u feel a bit better today xx

Re: Feeling sore
I think it's normal especially for unders as you have worked the healing muscle. Muscle take a while to heal anyway but more so after surgery. Just take it easy for a few days xx

Re: Feeling sore
We are having house decorated too, but I'm too lazy, don't do manual labour these days, paying a family member to do it instead. It's tiring just being the foreman lol xx

Re: Feeling sore
Mine ached when I went back to work. I also noticed they swelled up after doing a days work. I think it's right to say you done too much. Take it easy and relax. Xx

Re: Feeling sore
Yeh I'm with all the above girls, you have probably just done too much. Don't forget your muscles are still knitting back together up to a year afterwards so recovery is slow really. May seem ok on the outside, but, inside there still healing.
Take it easy x

Re: Feeling sore
Im more concerned that youre decorating mid november!! Youve just overdone it a little, its your body telling you to slow down and take it easy. Back in your sports bra for a week and youll be ok...cept for the tinsel, you need your head checked for that!
