Third time's a charm !
Helllooooo
Well Im in a much better place than the last 2 posts I wrote !
I met with Dr Pacifico today and yes Lucy you were right, I loved him. He made me feel so comfortable. It made me realise just how rude Dr G was to me! Anyway enough about him - Loved Dr P. So sweet and seemed kind, and I agreed with his suggestion. it was only a short consultation, he said we would talk more in depth on the 9th of November.
The only thing is a BA is 1000£ more with him than the other one I hadn't realised. I have to call today to put 500£ down to book the theatre but I need to tell my husband that and I just havent found a way yet.... i feel so bad him spending all this money on me!!
if I do call today, the surgery would be Friday 13th of November. Im not a superstitious person normally but it did get me thinking ! Would you do it? Its so silly I know its just a day !
So we havent really talked about sizes but he recommended around 300/330 anatomicals. So Need to go back and do the fitting with the nurse. And he answered my question re the gap and said yes I could expect something similar to my breastfeeding picture so yay !
Thanks for your suggestion Lucy! (and yes he is a bit dreamy)

Re: Third time's a charm !
Yaaaaay!!! This post has put a big smile on my face!! Amazing news - so pleased you liked him. Half the battle is finding a surgeon you feel totally comfortable with!! He is lovely isn't he. Like I said I've had a couple of friends who had him and I love their results - he seems to take real pride in his work. Randomly I found them quite reasonable in terms of cost. It was just over £4K but maybe your implants cost more? Are you having it done at Nuffield? They seem less expensive than Spire so I guess it depends where he'll be doing it too.
Oh and as for Friday 13th - to be honest it wouldn't put me off (nothing would put me off to be honest) and I would love to be having mine done a whole month earlier so I say go for it! You could ask if he has any other dates just to settle your mind but if not then just stick with it!
I can't wait for you to have it done and to hear all about it... Also when u have yours done it means I can officially get excited as I'll only have just over a month to go before mine!
Congrats - so pleased you've found someone u like! Xx

Re: Third time's a charm !
Glad you liked this PA, like you said just shows you that the other one was a PIG!! Better of not giving your money to him anyway.
That's the thing extra money to lay out but your husband will feel better that you will be happier surely.
My daughter is having hers done on that date at Highgate. Where would your surgery be?
Xx

Re: Third time's a charm !
So pleased for you hun! Sounds like a much better experience!! Similar sizes to me too, I told you we'd be the same haha! I had 315 atomicals! Does he used furry brazillians?
It's annoying it's more money but in my opinion you cant put a price on feeling comfortable and in safe hands. Try not to be worried about telling the husband, just take a deep breath and tell him. It's not your fault, it's just the price it is!
I wouldnt worry about the date. Superstition is just a load of mumbo jumbo at the end of the day invented in medieval times that have somehow been carried through to 2015!! You wouldnt want your date pushed back dramatically just because of a superstition :)
Best of luck, and cant wait to hear what happens next! :) xxx

So happy you have had a better experience. Your paying so much, it has to be right. Or else you can't relax and enjoy this.
That is a lot more money though, but you just gotta do it if that's the price, although I'm trying to picture my husbands face if I told him it was £1000 more!
Good Luck, you gotta do what you gotta do!

Re: Third time's a charm !
Really glad you clicked with this one. It really isnt just about their expertise, Surgeons need to realised their bedside manner is very much taken into account when we're giving them all out money!! Re the cost, I think you just have to say to yourself, can you really put a price on your body? If it cost more to have a surgeon that you really trust, I would got for it. A straight BA will be anywhere between 4-6K anywhere you look.
As for the date? Pfft, do it if thats what you want to do!!

Re: Third time's a charm !
Thanks girlies ! IVE JUST PAID MY DEPOSIT AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
So its now for he 25th of November ! I have an appointment now for the 2nd of Nov to discuss sizes and everything. Im so nervous Oh my gosh.
@Blush no he doesn't use Furries just anatomicals... Should that worry me? I asked about rotation and he said it wasn't a real concern anymore. I like your mumbo jumbo explanation! By the way I changed just because at that hospital it was 500£ cheaper. Also it gives me a month to prepare myself rather than 2 weeks. That scared me a bit....
@Lucy yes at Nuffield. I have to go there to do bloods and stuff so ill tell you what its like...
I promise I will document the whole thing for you girls !
Thank you all, Emily, Charlii, Twinky, mrskelly asorell, carrie, you rock !
My heart is racing haha what will I be like on the actual day !!

Re: Third time's a charm !
That is SOOOOOOO EXCITING!!!! And you are at the Nuffield too - same hospital as me so you can give me a full lowdown and report so I know what to expect. Aren't I cheeky!!
Btw are you having unders or overs?
Mega happy for you that you've got it all sorted - you can now concentrate on getting excited rather than being worried about it all. You know you are in the hands of a very good surgeon and you get Christmas boobies and showing off on the beach boobies for your hol in the New Year! xxxx

Whoopie! I had to justify a similar over-budget dilemma too but so worth it....you'd always kick yourself if you went for a cheaper option and always wonder what would have been, even if you were happy with the result x
