Lifting
Morning everyone
Just have a quick question about lifting a wheelbarrow full of poop. I work on a farm and have gone back to work after 2 weeks off doing light duties. I'm now 27 days po and have started lifting and lugging can I do myself damage. They ache a little after but nothing else and I don't feel like I'm pulling or anything. I wouldn't want to cause any damage to them xx

Re: Lifting
Technically, you shouldn't be doing any of this until you have your exercise all clear, but I assume you spoke with your surgeon about your job. As long as you're well suported, and stop if it does really hurt, you should be ok. Maybe stick with half a barrel of poop for now?!!
