What size sports bra and rice test
Hi morning hope your all well just wondering what sorts bras you all bought and what size would be best ps said I'm looking at a c maybe a b but hopefully c cup so wondering do a buy b or c or bigger as will be bandaged up

I did write loads more
I did rice test using 260ml of rice as on Google it said cc is same as ml I placed in sandwich bags and using maternity bra I tried to shape around my non boobs does this sound right thanks xxxx

Yes sounds like u got rice test right! Lots of girls recommend the macom for post surgery - I'm going to get one. They don't have cup sizes only a band size and it stretches to fit any cup size I think! X

I was supplied 2 surgical bras/bustiers made by polytech by PS. Mostly comfortable except for the Velcro straps. Not the prettiest and a bit bulky xx

Pop socks or the feet of tights are better for the rice test, more comfortable. Also, if you can find the diameter of your implant online, a cereal box cut out will help keep it in shape.
As for post of bra's, it depends what your surgeon has told you you need. Some girls are told braless, or low impact, which would be your yoga bras or Belvia types. If you're told high impact, the macom is good for those first 3wks post while the swelling comes down, and you don't need to know your cup, just your band. This is front fastening, as is the m&s zip front. Back fastening faves are the shock absorber run, triumph triaction extreme, panache non wired, m&s 2pk.

Thanks hun I will have a look I can't remember what make they are think was Alligen aui or something....and will look at bras in mns all I was told was back fastening xx
