Its perfectly normal Hug You're at the point where swelling has kicked in & is usually at its maximum. It will only get less from now on in.
In the meantime focus on keeping yourself comfortable, sleeping elevated will help & small walks so you don't stiffen up.

Hi it's all normal. Mine felt the same. Under my armpit. It will settle. You may also notice that your two boobs do different things for a while. 2 separate operations. Sisters not twins. Gentle movement like mirren says will help a lot. Xxx

Yup the swelling will be coming out now all around your boobs, back ribs, everywhere in that area. You'll feel like you've been in a fight. It's also when the GA is leaving your system, so you might feel a bit overly hormonal and weepy at the moment, and that's all normal too. Keep on top of your pain meds, get as much rest and sleep as possible, and keep your shoulders propped up above your heart to encourage the swelling to drain. It'll last about 3wks.

If you can hold out another couple of weeks, try and cut out the smokes. They're a blood thinner, so will hinder the healing. I know it's difficult, but just try and hit that 2wk mark.
