Badly bruised possibly broken toe, OMG
So took the girls out horse riding this morning and got my foot trod on. Ouch bloody ouch. My baby toe is really bruised and swollen. Will this affect me having my BA on Friday?

Oh no you poor thing! Honestly I think if your toe is broken it could possibly delay when you can have your surgery but I'm only guessing. You need to contact them to check for sure. Good luck x

I would absolutely speak to your clinic asap. We had a girl who had to rearrange due to a broken wrist. Toe's probably no where near as troublesome, and you're likely fine, but better to know sooner than later

Am on it first thing I'm morning. Really don't think it's broken though, haven't had to take painkillers or anything so reckon it's just bruised. Feel like a right idiot for putting myself in this postion though

Yay it's all good. Spoke to nurse at the Wellesley, she advised that even if my toe is broken it has no effect on surgery on Friday. Thank heavens x

Totally, was starting to panic a little bit. Rang in first thing this morning but no one around to answer my question so took a drive and went in. Huge relief and they've seen my foot so they are fully aware of it's condition, it's definitely a bruise to be proud of lol x

Haha, it's a gooden. Surprisingly it's feeling a little better today and the swelling is just on my toe now. A lot to be said for ice packs xx
