Conical anatomical or round
I'm curious about conical implants. I don't know anyone who has had these and am curious what to reasoning is for choosing them as opposed to round or anatomical

Conical tends to be with the newer 'fuzzyfelt' material, so there's the cc pluses on it. They also tend to stay put. I think they're the furry Brazilian equivalent of anatomicals, but don't quote me on that. I'm sure one of the gals who've had them will be along soon.

Re: Conical anatomical or round
There are a few ladies on here who have had conical implants. They are said to be good for those who are borderline lift , giving back some upper pole fullness but still keeping a natural breast shape & lifting the nipples slightly.
They are conical shaped & can also be suitable for slim women with a narrow BWD as they offer a larger projection even on the smaller base width implants.
I think emmapinder was the most recent forum member to have had these, if you type conical into the search bar it will bring up several posts on conicals if you are interested in finding out some more.
When mine need done again I am going to look into both the conical & anatomical implants.

This is a good pic HERE showing the difference in shapes & greater projection that conical implants offer.

Re: Conical anatomical or round
I had Conicals for my first BA as I needed a lift really and was buying time , swapped for rounds this time . Main reasons being I wanted XHP and was concerned about the pointy-ness of the XHP conicals and I could only go up to 380 as opposed to 430 with the rounds . I think the conicals give a nice shape and very natural with a lovely slope from the top . I prefer them in some ways to what I have now the only issue I had with them was they looked pointy when I leaned over.

Re: Conical anatomical or round
I've got conical implants and I'm very happy, to start they do look very round. But now I'm at the 6 months mark they have a lovely slope and very natural looking. I had these implants because I was borderline uplift, I can defiantly say they have lifted and my boobs look how they did before kids. I also had them because I have a small breast width, and wanted a bit of projection. Mine are 11.3cm width, 5.5 projection x x

Re: Conical anatomical or round
Mirren has given fab advise there.
The conicals can help if you're borderline lift (they're no good if you need more than just a little lift of the nipple) and many surgeons (those trained in using furries) are recommending them for this very reason.
Anatomicals - you'll get the most natural contour from these implants. You can and will achieve a natural look from any implant given they're the right one for you, but these are specially created to achieve the most natural of looks out of all the implants available.
Round implants are the most widely used by surgeons. This is because they do give a natural appearance for those wanting that, or can give a fake appearance for those wanting that.
Round implants also don't have the possible small risk of complication that could come from the textured anatomical implants risk of flipping and needing to manually turned, or worst scenario needing surgical revision.
Round implants also don't require the additional training needed by a surgeon wanting to use a furry implant, so they're basically the easiest option with the least risks out of textured implants, hence being the most common implant. . Xx
