So i tried searching but nothing came up so i just have to bite the bullet and ask!

When are u allowed to have some fun again?! My OH asked how long he will have to wait but im not quite sure! I asked the nurse and she said u cant do anything that raises ur blood pressure...she didn't say how long to wait tho!!!

Post by muddypaws 28th April 2015, 10:39 am

It's classed as exercise so as a rule 6 weeks, but my surgeon said if we were careful and I felt up to it a couple of weeks should be ok.... No jiggling though (not sure if that's even possible lol). I'm 5 days PO today and I'm still having problems just getting out of bed let alone anything else haha xxx

It differs from person to person but the general rule of thumb is
- when you feel ready! As muddypaws said, you most likely wont feel up to it in the first week anyway!
- When you do, just take it easy and nothing too OTT!! The first time I did I was really conscious of my boobs being squashed! I found it quite hard to relax actually!
- If you are letting him touch them, guide his hand so he knows what amount of pressure he can use

If you type in words like 'bedroom' into the search box I think there are lots of other posts on this! :) x

When you are ready I think you'll know. When you're completely at ease and feel comfortable. Xx

You can get jiggy as soon as you feel like it, just no athletics! To be honest, the first week I felt so grubby and icky and in pain I didn't want anyone touching me. But as long as there's no direct pressure on them, and you keep your bra on, it's fine.

My paperwork said 2 weeks and not to jiggle about. I didn't last 2 weeks but wore a heavy duty sports bra and didn't do a lot... xx

We had a go after one week, but even small motions jiggled them so wasn't very nice lol after two weeks though, much better at it. obviously still keeping bra on! x

Before I rad my paperwork I thought it would go along with the exercise part and we'd have to wait 6 weeks!!! ha!
Luckily it was mentioned and it avoided the embarrassing question to the surgeon x

Awww it's such an exciting time :) what size implant are you having?

I feel amazing! - even with a big baggy hoody on, I still have a massive smile on my face! - even A mentioned the other day how much happier I am. I was the same after having my teeth done!
