Confused

Hi folks
Not been on for a while as been trying not to focus on my boobs. You may remember not happy with the size. Still too big.
Anyways saw my surgeon on Friday and he said I could go much smaller if I take implants out and close the pocket and later add a much smaller implant.
Feeling pretty cheesed off as he never said this before and my primary goal was to go back my pre ba size.
Do you think because he hasn't achieved what I wanted and I have voiced my concerns from the beginning that any further surgery will be at worst reduced in cost or free?
I know I am not crazy and despite going down to 240cc from 340cc I am still wearing the same bras. So fed up

I'm probably not much help but didn't want to read and run. Did you tell your surgeon you wanted to be smaller? If so he didn't do as you asked. I know there's always a fine line (from what I've read) between a persons want and what a surgeon recommends as there's never any guarantee but if your the same size then he got the size if the implant reduction totally wrong so I'd say fight it yes. Hi Fleurina. So sorry to hear you are still unhappy :-( I'm not surprised you are cheesed off by this, and it sounds like you should definitely at least ask / suggest he do this at no cost to you or heavily reduced price as he didn't suggest this in first place. You were clear when you first went in that you wanted to go smaller. While he has put a smaller implant in, you're clearly not happy with the results, and he hasn't achieved what the two of you set out to do. Your surgeon should have taken pre-op measurements. Ask him to compare these with your post op measurements (that he takes). If there is clearly very little difference in size, you'll likely have a case to negotiate. I imagine there'll be some cost involved, but hopefully not a full cost. It may also be worth getting a second opinion from somewhere.

Keep at it, I hope you get what you want in the end.
