My message hasn't shown up I'm getting pain inside my right scar after exercising is this normal? I am two and a half yrs post op. It's only Pilates I do so nothing vigorous but uses chest muscles but my right boob scar is really sore now xxx

No it's more inside or muscle but where fold is it hurts to take a big breath and change gear so I'm guessing muscle but left side is fine

Sounds like it could be muscle related? Maybe make an appointment to see your surgeon & get it checked out , only then you can be sure what it is.

Yes, some women can't exercise like they used to, even years after BA x
