Is there such thing
Hi girls. I feel like this us a silly question but it's something that I have been thinking about. I wear my shock absorber high impact sports bra day and night. Day in day out. Will it do any harm or hinder my boobies in any way? Will it stop my boobs changing shape? Of course I have several of these so don't wear the same bra without washing it. Xxxxx

I read a post that Charlii wrote about this not too long ago.
Even though you are wearing high impact your boobs will still drop, fluff change etc... no idea how but it will still happen even under wraps! :) xx

I'm 4 months 2 weeks PO. It's just where I'm rushing about like a loony all day every day I just wear a sports bra as it's more comfortable x

They won't stop you from dropping and fluffing, no. Fluffing is more to do with the softening and the internal gravity. If you think of the implant in terms of liquid, it's going to settle to the lowest possible point, regardless of the support. Being in the sports bra just means they'll stay pert for longer!

I've been told by my surgeon I don't have to wear a bra at night if I don't want to.

My surgeon said after 6 months there's really no need to wear one however I do for comfort as I feel more secure in it and I'm going on over 2years!!
My implants are heavy though and I just feel more comfortable,. X
It won't hinder them in any way x

No it's a good thing :) and Langers it's advisable to wear it every night to prevent sagging and keep the look of your boobs. You don't want to fork out 4k for boobs and not look after them properly lol x
