The best thing...
about having a BA?
As a pre-op girl I'm feeling slightly nervous at this point (understatement!) & thought it would be nice to have a thread of positive things to think about in the run up to Operation Day!
If you've already had your op, please can you tell me what is the best thing about having it done?!
Ta! x

Re: The best thing...
Feeling feminine finally
Likeing the figure I now have when I look in the mirror
Feeling confident in my clothes
Not having to pad out a bra with chicken fillets or lots of gel
Being able to wear a tiny bikini with no padding. So I dont have those tell tale wet patches on my top on the walk back from the beach or pool.
Bras that look like proper bras rather than training bras
Low cut tops and dresses
Wearing no bra under clothes without the fear or being mistaken for a boy.
Basically it's just how it makes me feel.

Re: The best thing...
.....struggling to cross my arms anymore, accidentally banging my hairbrush against them when I brush my (long) hair, throwing away all of my gel bras, looking in the mirror and knowing for the first time in my life that what I can see is all me!
Good luck!
Good luck!

Thanks Tanyab......thought it might sound a bit weird but to be honest, I do love that I can't cross my arms! Sure the novelty will wear off eventually but for now, I am in the first flush of love with my boobs! Haha!

Re: The best thing...
The walking into the door thing sounds like when I was pregnant with a huge tummy! I just can't imagine my boobs being big enough to do that...not long to wait now until that may be a reality! Yippee!

Re: The best thing...
My sister came to my sizing appointment and thought it was hilarious that everytime I came out of the bathroom my (pretend) boobs came out first and the rest of me followed after!

As for the crossing your arms, you will be able to in future, when you've re learned how to do it with big boobies and they've softened enough
