Into panic mode
So this morning I woke up in panic mode thinking what the hell am I doing, am I brave enough to do this, will it all go wrong.... Should I be spending this much money on myself?
Had to give myself a proper shake, got dressed and took myself shopping. Bought myself a couple of sports bra's from m&s in the size im hoping to be (I can always take them back if I need to) and some strap extenders.
I then wondered round looking at all the pretty bra's I will be able to buy that will actually fit me.... And got super excited lol.
It sure is an emotional journey, Anyone else get these pending moments of doom before the big day?

It's normal to get pre op jitters you wouldn't be human otherwise.
There's a good thread by Cookie [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] you may want to read. Focus on what you said about all the lovely bras that you will be able to buy & having fab boobs to fill them!

Completely normal! For months I was battling with the cost, but had to remind myself that it was something for me, I was working & saving hard to pay for it, and all those bras, bikinis & clothes I'd never been able to wear before will be worth it!
I'm nearly 6 weeks post op and I don't regret a thing! Best decision I ever made. Xx

I agree all normal! The cost does make you feel guilty but I figured ive spent 15+ years ignoring nice lingerie shops and never buying nice underwear and only buying bras when I really need them so probsbly saved thousands in the process!

Thanks for this! I was in proper panic mode last week and still getting jittery. Just wish I didn't have so much longer to wait! It's the waiting that kills me! xx

Re: Into panic mode
It's totally normal, it's just pre op jitters.
And don't question as to spending it on yourself, you deserve to have great boobs and feel happy.
Trust me men wouldn't think twice about paying double if not triple the price of a ba for some metal on wheels!
It's your body and you deserve it X
