Re: What post op bras??
There are a few favourites here
Some like the front fastening bras such as the Macom or M&Ss Front fastener, and some prefer a back fastener such as the Triumph Tiaction Extreme, the Shock Absorber and the pack of two bargain high impact bras from M&S are getting rave reviews. Quite simply the cheapest of the lot (only £29 for a pack of two) seem to be getting the best reviews here for both quality and comfort. With a back fastener you can also purchase bra extenders incase you have a lot of swelling.
If you choose the Macom you only need a back size to measure which bra you'll need. This will accomodate any cup size at all. If you also type "MyBreast" into the promo code you'll get 15% off
Just a little tip to those wanting front fasteners. It would always be best to invest in a back fastener also. None of us can predict how much swelling we'll have pist-op and for those that have a lot of swelling the front fasteners are just no good at all. The back fasteners however can be used with bra extenders and therefore you can adjust your bra using these to get the most comfortable fit for yourself. Xx

Re: What post op bras??
I have bought the Macom and Royce post surgery bras, I also have the M&S pack of 2.. Ooo and also the M&S sports bra which zips up at the front. (this one has been mentioned quite a few times on here.
The macom is the largest size I have ordered since this is a post op bra so thought it would work well with swelling... although the Royce is so much softer and a nicer feeling.

Re: What post op bras??
I had 2 macoms and a triumph extreame along with a couple of shock absorbers. It's trial and error PO I think. As to what feels comfortable. If your unsure of what size you will be, the macom is great but after the swelling goes then a sports bra maybe needed. But if course this all depends on what your surgeon wants. Not all girls need to wear night impact xx

A little tip ,leave tags on when buying a few sizes/ styles & you can return the one's that are not suitable.
What's comfortable & fits great one one person may not on another, early post op you only really need a couple of bras one to wear whilst other is in the wash. XXX
