and did you buy a variety of makes/styles?
which did you prefer?

i iike the idea of the macom as don't have to worry about sizing...but not cheap and not the most attractive....are they super comfy tho and worth the money?

Hi Jodi,

I'm just 3 days post op, I've bought two macoms for now (one to wear, one to wash) as I'm unsure what size I'll be once the swelling goes and didn't want waste money buying bra's that didn't fit! So far, my macoms feel very secure and comfy so I would recommend them. I will buy buy the Triumph Triaction and shoc absorbers once my boobs settle and I know what size I am!

Good luck! xx

Great thanks. I was thinking of doing the same maybe one champagne colour, one black. Like the look of shock absorber zip front but until you know what size its a lot to fork out..

Hey Jodi. I wish I'd bought the macom, it would have saved a lot of hassle. I've gone through 12 bras + 2 returns trying to find what's right. The m+s zip up was great, but my body was too long for non adjustable straps. A little extra cash will be worth it in the long run. And definitely two one to was one to wear.

Personally, I love the macom! I have 2 (champagne and black) and find them extremely comfortable and actually, think they look really good. Any sports bra or post-op bra isn't going to be the sexiest lingerie ever but it's not bad looking considering. Xx

Two bras are more than ample.

Never used the Macom myself but it does get great reviews here.

I'd personally advise getting at least one back fastening bra though and some bra extenders. The Macom may adjust to any bust size but it doesn't adjust to any back size and you can get some considerable swelling around the ribs and I know of many women here unable to keep the Macom on because of how tight they are.

With a back fastening bra, you can add a bra extender if need be to accommodate any swelling you have and make things easier for yourself whilst still keeping your boobs in the full support required.

If you keep tags on the bra and the receipt and it doesn't fit, you can always take it back and get a replacement for a new one that fits. Xx
