uplift but only ONE side
Hey ladies!
Im having a re.op on the 23rd March and im getting an uplift but just on one side (left) and implants in both but is there ANYONE that's had this done or is it just me?!
Would love to know what to expect - Obviously the scar will be there and not on the other side which im ok with but I feel alone with this kinda procedure.

I've got to say, I've never heard of a single uplift before. But if the dr thinks that's what's best for you, I guess you've got to trust him!
I'm sure other uplift women will be along soon, but I'm so glad you've got a date confirmed :)

Re: uplift but only ONE side
I don't know of ny other lady we've had here who has only had a lift on one side, but I should imagine in terms of severe asymmetry it would be quite common. We just haven't seen that here yet until yourself.
I wouldn't worry though. Having a lift to even out the differences really will help with the aesthetic appearance for you.
When you're on the theatre table you're very often sat up to ensure the correct symmetry has been achieved and being able to do that via the uplift I'm sure the surgeon will get them pretty even for you. Xx

Just wanted to add too, that scars once full healed will become barely noticeable.
Bet you cant wait for your surgery , its been a long not so easy journey!

Hey, so glad to read this I have been told I should get a lift only on the left side along with my implants to achieve better symmetry, how did your surgery go?

Awww yay it's not just me hehe I sent you a PM after reading another post saying you were gonna get the same done! The op went very well. Still some size difference but nipple positioning is a lot better then before! Lol. Will see my surgeon again in 5 months time after all settled and everything and if there is still a noticeable difference he will take some tissue out of the big side x
