One bigger and higher
Hi ladies
Am just over 4 weeks post op and it is becoming increasingly obviously that one boob is lower and bigger than the other!! This is my third ba, this time with lift to resolve amongst other problems assymetry. Am feeling complete gutted, just feel like I am never gonna have the boobs i want. :))

I'm nearly four week PO. I noticed last night that one of my boobs is a lot bigger than the other too. Like you I so want perfect boobs.

I think it's a matter of waiting to see the final result. It is still early PO really. Xxxx

Re: One bigger and higher
You are still so early post op so you don't have your final result yet. Patience! Although i do think we all fall into the trap of striving for perfection (me included!). This is a hard goal to live up to unless we had perfectly symmetrical, level boobs with centred nipples and good shape before! Even with the best surgeons in the world. I have some assymettry, but I've learned to stop obsessing over it now and recognise that it's still a million times better than what the Lord (didn't) bless me with!!
Give it time, and see your surgeon at regular intervals so he can note your concerns but I'm sure it's just a waiting game!

Re: One bigger and higher
You need to give it time. I know it's your third, but they still need time to settle. Remember, they're sisters, not twins, so they'll heal at different rates, and it's very normal for one to drop before the other. It's not until around 6m that you'll start to see the final result.

Good to know I am not alone. I just want to have a normal pair of boobs!! Had sooo many problems especially after second ba, just hoped this one would solve at least some of the issues, but I know I have to wait x

Re: One bigger and higher
Iv got 1 a fair bit bigger than the other too hunni. Alway had a little asymmetry tho too. Just waiting till my 3/4 month mark before I start to worry about this one. With my 1st BA I always had 1 a little bigger but it didn't notice in clothes or bras so I didn't worry about it too much xx

Re: One bigger and higher
Ahh im the same fleurina it's so disappointing isn't it! I'm 5 weeks post op Tomoz n it's starting to get me down! All my friends want t see my boobs n wen I show em there like...not wat they expected them to look like for nearly 6 grand! My lefty has dropped a bit but still an inch higher and square on the bottom :0( seen surgeon last week n he said its cow he took more skin from that as was the bigger one so was pulled tighter! He didn't seem worried n basically told me I didn't need to go back unless I was worried about something. I'm guna leave it 12 week n go back if it's not improved xxx

Re: One bigger and higher
I've got one big boob one small boob. The bigger boob looks great but the smaller on is a lot less rounded and definitely smaller. I hate to have my hubby see them.

Re: One bigger and higher
Is this a fairly common occurance? I am so happy with my uplift but just want a bit more fullness. And Now i am concerned that if i get the implants, they will be different sizes and I'll wish I'd never got them. :(

Re: One bigger and higher
I'm hoping it's normal and that one boob will catch up with the other. My left boob looks so good but righty is taking her time.

Re: One bigger and higher
Seriously want to cry. 3 boob jobs later. I wish I had never had them done all those years ago. I just want them similar, maybe not identical, I am a realist. Really depressed today. Sorry to moan but I have spend nearly 20g in 8 years. I am not good with confrontation and dreading telling my surgeon next week that I am not happy :((

Babe. If you are not happy he needs to know. It may be time will sort our problems out. I know it's easy to say it as I've had Boobie Blues since my surgery. Always here if you need a rant

Re: One bigger and higher
They can take some time to settle after op & still plenty time for them to change yet.
When you see your surgeon though do let him know your concerns so it can be noted.
You may find it better in the meantime not to scrutinise them so much over the next few weeks as it is clearly getting you down, I had one sitting higher & looked so different than other for a good few months, they eventually settled , drove myself mad with worry only for them to change for the better. So got to the stage where I ignored them whilst I didn't like what I was seeing & it helped. XXX
