Is this normal for 3 months Empty Is this normal for 3 months

Hi girls, so I'm 3 months PO, and my right boob is quiet sore inside, the scar feels much harder as well. My right boob still is not fluffed like my left. I get lots of twinges, and just feels sore. Is this normal? And am I expecting too much at 3 months. I'm doing normal stuff like I was before my ba, but I'm just aware of my right boob all the time. I'm wearing a sports bra day and night, except if I go out somewhere nice, then it's a nice bra. It feels a lot tighter than my left. I'm right handed so am aware that that its the side that gets more use. I would have thought at 3 months my boobs would not be giving me gip. Any advice would be appreciated.

When did you last see your surgeon Anne? I am sure someone will be along with some advice - I am really interested to know if its usual or not . I hope it is just them still settling though x

Him I saw him at 9 weeks. 3 weeks ago and he seemed happy with them . But at 9 weeks you just except that's part of the healing. Xx

Nerves  & everything  are still healing inside & your right boob may have suffered more trauma than left during op.
You say you are doing pretty much everything that you did pre op so maybe you are over doing it a bit & need to take it easy for a while. My right boob took longer than left to settle & at 2 years post op they can still feel tender occasionally , the last time when I recently painted our lounge.
Keep the sports bra on for  a while & try not to exert  your upper body , if your right boob is still uncomfortable maybe check with your surgeon , even if it's just for reassurance.

Thanks girls. I will take it a bit easier, and see what happens. If not I will ask to see my surgeon just for peace of mind. Xxxx

It just might be taking a bit longer is all. I didn't fluff til 6m. Give it a bit more time and keep doing what you're doing, keeping it stable for the most part.
