hi girls,
just over 3wks po now and have been getting pretty much back to normal life. Apart from odd twinges and the tingles where the feeling is coming back to the twins all has been good  :ok:
But last few days have noticed that when I bend down or lean forward the implants move like they are dropping out or almost flipping over  sick anyone else have this? have been wearing sports bra round the clock as instructed so they are well supported but seem to be constantly holding onto boobies for dear life incase they fall out! xx

Your implants are a foreign object in your body, they will adhere to the breast pocket created however it can feel strange when leaning forward as you're not used to having heavy breasts and implants will always be heavier and more compact than breast tissue giving a weighted feeling to the breast when leaning forward, don't worry they won't fall out!
