hey ladies
 so I saw my surgeon today and Iv been discharged!!! I'm only 4 weeks post op as ov yesterday! He said I can use bio oil, bathe, ease my self into gym, lifting, and wear wires! He's happy with everything there both settled in pockets the lefty has dropped so is not so aysymmetrical anymore! It is a little square on the bottom but he said it will change. He told me to ring up whenever I want if I'm worried about anything but he's happy to discharge me! So off I go straight to boux avenue n wow im a 32F!!!! In plunge bra and 32FF in ballconette Hysterical save to say I was in shock! 4 week just seems a little early don't you think? Xx

I'm good thanks, still get morning boob lol. Apart from that still very happy, I'm going back to the gym next week to do legs. I'll see how that goes. X x

Wow really I actually think there's something wrong with me lol I haven't had morning boob for about 10 days I don't even ache anymore or anything and was never in pain when I had em done its wierd to say I had uplift plus under muscle! Amazing how everybody's recovery is so different! I really want to go gym to think ill go next week but just on the bike and walking for now xxx

Wow! Thats a great result! You MST be absolutely stoked. They do look great on you :) The nurse at my surgeons office said I could wear wires from 4 weeks but they didn't tell me that til 7 weeks. I don't think I would have been happy to at 4 but its cool if you are :) start treating them like they're yours. I do feel a lot more like they are mine in a wired bra x

It does seem a little early. I certainly was not ready for gym or wires at 4 weeks. When he said gym, did he clarify lifting? It is too early to lift, also to use your chest muscles. I was discharged at 9 weeks but still told no heavy lifting etc xx

Congratulations on healing so well.  You must be so pleased!  I was told 6 weeks for my first BA and 8 weeks for this one with uplift. Your surgeon knows his stuff but I would still be a little cautious until the 6 week mark. Your Avi looks amazing btw x

Aww thanks babe :0) Yes Obviously he wouldn't tel me things was ok if it wasn't would he but there's no harm in stil taking it steady for a couple ov week so that's wat I'll do. All the ladies on here seemto have been told 6 8 or 12 week not heared anyone mention 4! Xxxxx

Fab news! Remember your surgeon can't feel what you feel so on paper you may be ready for gym/wires etc but just listen to your body and you'll be fine! Ease in slowly and go with what's comfortable!

Im 32E in Ann summers and 32F in Primark lol
Im 8 weeks post op and still wear my sports bra bcos im so comfy in them. I cant wear underwired for more than a few hours! :( xx

30 E is a pain in the ass size lol I think if I was buying a bra just to wear for a few hours sometimes, rather than my go to everyday bra I would be happy enough to wear a 32DD :)
Do u know if primark, or primani as I call it, do 30 band jess?
M and s do 30 e, they've got their limited collection and Rosie Huntington whitely???? Is that her name? Anyway, she has a collection with m and s for small back and big cups.
