I still don't have any bras to wear and I go for my op in a week :( should I go to marks and spencer and get them to help me ?

Does anyone know what bra extenders will fit these bras are they two or three rows of hooks? Thanks x

Gem where are you having your op done? I only ask because I know at THG they sell the macom ones there, so if you're worried about time/size etc you can get them on the day. Same price as online too, but without the postage costs. x

How many hooks tends to depend on how big the bra. A bigger cup can sometimes have 3 hook when the smaller has 2. Check it out online, there should be a pic.

M&s won't be able to help persay, they can barely fit post op nevermind pre. Get your regular band size and some extenders, and a couple different cups if you can. Leave the labels on and return what doesn't fit!
