I had some Harley Quinn diamonds on my hip. Its bruised like a mutha at the moment! Another tip from here - used a pantyliner to pad it out when I went for a run for cushioning!!

I found that I do a lot of hand tapping while having it done. It's more like a constant cat scratch xxx

I wasn't expecting any dressings to be honest as when I had a hysterectomy there wasn't any and just assumed this would be the same x

I had my big dressings on for a week, then another week with steri strips, changing them daily. But that's just me, every girl will have different instructions (yours might be similar though as you're seeing a THG nurse). Either way they'll be changed and you'll be told what you need to do.

Thank you for asking hun, Today has been my best day I've actually come round a bit today but my boobs have started itching really bad lol ive actually been able to move about I think it was due to a fairly decent nights sleep I'd been staying at my bf and normally his bed is much comfier than mine but I just couldn't sleep last night I was in my own bed and didn't wake till morning :-)

I will do I can't wait to see them without the dressings I'm not sure if there has been a little bleed as my bruising is starting to show past the dressing and its quite dark. My nipple has got back to a pink colour rather than the dark red thank goodness x

Pink nips are a good sign! As is the bruising coming out, means everything is healing nicely. If you're super itchy, try some icepacks over the tops of the breasts (stay away from the incisions) or try taking an antihistamine.

Will try the antihistamine charlii as its driving me crazy on my right boob it's exactly where the strap goes across the top ive tried wearing a vest top then putting the strap on but it still itches till I take the strap off x

Its where the skin is stretching and healing, rather than strap irritation. Hang in there, it'll pass!

I get a really itchy left boob, like so bad it wakes me up at night sometimes...but its always in the place where the skin is numb still so I cant even scratch it for relief nope

Cut the toes off a old pair of socks and put them on the band.  I wear mine so the socks are underarms & on front of chest
 No itching :-) x

Emmybird, i often wake up with random itching that comes  up in HUGE raised red wwlts and scratches.  It's  very attractive!  But i have found  that the only thing  that aoothes the itching is piriton in the  bottle form. You can get it over the counter. May work for you.xx

I can shower in two  days but I'm  too scared!
