Hi Cookie! Is this the consultation form that Roxy posted?
I have already printed it off!

Thank you very much Mrs Ball!

I'd love to meet someone on here who had Mr Foo!

Yes, that's the one. I'm surprised you were able to print it off. The link hasn't seemed to work for others, so I'm glad it's worked for you :ok:

I open it on the app which I had to download onto the iPhone. I then pressed The box with the arrow pointing up in the top right hand corner, Emailed it to my address and printed it :) x

Clever girl! The forum has all kinds of glitches that Houston seem to happen. The broken
Ink of the consultation notebook was one of them. There been quite a lot of maintainance done of late so it seems it's helped fixed that which is great!

Really hope it helps Sarah. Xx

Maybe it doesn't work so efficiently on a computer :)
I wish that the search feature was able to search within posts or topics... but we cant be too picky!!

The 'mini' consultation went well.
I'm going to call tomorrow and schedule a full consultation with him, (£120) he's not available through my breast.
He asked me what my concern was and why, what I had done about it etc.

He asked me to do a 'rice test' with a sports bra and different bra which don't have any pad. He said once I've found a bra that I like the fill, to take the bra AND sports bra with me to the next consultation, because he doesn't want to deal with what cup size I'd like to be as everyone comes out different after.
He took a quick look to tell me I was suitable for treatment. Because I'm a red head with freckles he warned me about pink scarring lasting longer.

I asked the difference between seeing him at Spire or the Yorkshire clinic and he said nothing! the care, warranty everything is the same.

He wasn't trying to be over friendly or my 'best friend' I didn't want to hug him (HAHAHA) he was professional!
ALOT different to yesterdays antics :)

Glad all went well Hun, he sounds very professional and great idea  with finding the bra size you'd want to fill.

Thank you!
He said he would take the bra, then some measurement of my breasts, for the perfect size for my build :)

He's worked with the same anaesthetist for 20 years! xx
