You can have them put through your belly button and your nipple too.
Those implants are generally saline though and are filled once in position.
The best incision for silicone though is through the Breast crease. Xx

I like the idea of a pre filled implant. Tell me if I. Wrong but do the surgeons in this country prefer to go under the breast crease? By the time the incisions are healed you can hardly see them anyway under the breast. I wouldn't want to do it. I get the feeling if they go under the armpit or through the navel it's more trauma. I had a friend who had a valve in the side of her boob. It looked awful. She had them pumped up when she fancied. Xxx

I can imagine the belly button one being super sore! I mean, they have to channel the empty implant all the way up the body don't they and into position in the breast. That's just a big Ouchy with a capital O isn't it!
There's lots of information on the net that can be really confusing because the Americans took silicone off the market for years and only reintroduced them in 2006 so many women and surgeons over there I might add are still very wary of silicone regardless of all the claims that silicone caused health problems being proved wrong.
The majority of the info for boob jobs online is on American sites and it does differ greatly. Many American surgeons too will only ever use a partial placement.
It's funny really because with us using silicone all these years you'd really think there'd be more English information, but no...mostly American.

Yes does sound good, cause you could either go bigger or smaller, and pick the right size. I suppose it's down to preference, my surgeon didn't mention anything about it. X x

Re: Am I the only one who didn't know?
My surgeon only offered me one type of implant. Cohesive gel. I could have asked but I trusted him compleatly . I'm very pleased with what I had and I'm glad I never had to choose. And of course without this site I would have been lost. Going back to the insicion site, I think it's prone to infection under the armpit. Could be wrong. Xxx

Just watched a video on you tube, they roll the implant bag up then push it up to your boob. Then they fill it up, you can see the boobs get bigger. Looks good, but painful. X x

I had to have my lymph nodes removed when I had the rupture and they were taken from my armpit - hurt like hell but it healed better in my armpit than the incisions did after the uplift! Xx
