Just had first run and boobs didnt fall off!
Yay!
Thought I'd share, just had first run outdoors, I did about 4.5 miles nice and slowly and my boobs were totally fine.
To be fair my PS did laugh at me when I asked if I could still run and would the new boobs get in the way - well I didnt know - never had boobs before - but I genuinely thought they would just fall off when I first tried.
Well I wore my old faithful shock absorber and squose an old nike bra/vest I used to wear over the top (thanks kellyrobbo pinched your 2 bra idea ) - Fab no jiggles, nothing.
So happy I could ....... cos now I can.
xx

Wow, well done hun! I feel so lazy, I put my gym membership on hold for two months & am well & truly sitting on my **naughty word** doing nothing til then!! Too scared to do anything remotely active, at least until I see my surgeon at 7 weeks :-(
