Had a fall three weeks post op
Today whilst at work I got knocked over by a dog, I guess my legs are just a bit weaker or something ! I flung my arm out to stop my from hitting the ground . I had immediate pain in my armpit ( which i still can't stretch out fully !) . I had a headache afterwards and this evening I had a sleep. What do I need to look out for , have I done myself any damage

It's likely you just pulled a muscle, but call the clinic and get it noted. They'll likely reassure you too. Stick with your sports bra and maybe ice it to prevent further swelling. You'll be ok though.

Re: Had a fall three weeks post op
Will do feel free to pm me :) no handling involved luckily they are as free range as can be ! Just the stables and gay nets with the winter months but I'm hoping in a few weeks there will be no stables as they can be outside at nighttime too!! Dogs on the other hand all need walking ! A Pain!! My op has been hush hush I've only told a few of my customers who are on a personal jokey level with me and I trust them. I'll be four weeks Saturday but there's just no way I could manage right now with stables - bales of hay shavings and hay nets just too heavy. I wonder will I ever be able to horse ride again - I'm so worried incase I fall off. It really doesn't matter if I can't because I only ride very very occasionally now anyhow life is so busy .
