4yrs after uplift an my right nipple is killing me
As the titles states, it's been 4 years since I've had a full anchor lift and 2 years since a lollipop lift and my right nipple is bloody killing me!
My left boob is too sore now to wear bras and unless it's absolutely essential now I don't bother wear one because it's like forcing a rock that doesn't want to be budged! There's no movement at all in my left breast and when I wear a bra, the discomfort very quickly turns to pain and as soon as I'm able the bras gotta come off and get slung!
I've had to just tape round make-up pads to my nips just for some relief, but even that isn't really helping - really strange how it's kicking off now though. Makes me wonder if it knows I've another op to go through and it's telling me to leave them well alone haha! It's not like I can have a comforting chat with me nip though is it and tell it Mr McMgod isn't coming near it with a scalpel... Lol.
It's proper weird though that's it's kicking off now.
Just thought I'd share lol. Xx

Blinking boobs! Bless you must be so irritating too. And having that uncomfortableness in bras
Have you got a virus , sometimes that can make your nerves hyper sensitive?? Or time of the month?
not long now for hopefully all the problems corrected and some awesome new scoobies! Xx

Ooooo can't wait for my new scoobies Mrsball
Ummmmmm well, I don't think I have a virus but I had to visit the dentist yesterday and have temporary packing in my tooth right now and have to go back and have some root canal treatment. Do you think that could be a link?

I know when you have a virus it can make your nerves super senstive. I know when I've had a virus before my skins been hyper sensitive like the slightest touch hurts!

Nerves in your teeth can be linked everywhere, it could well be that. But what a btch, on top of everything else! Hope alls ok.

Hope like Mrsball says it's linked to something like your tooth problems & you get some relief soon. XXX

I don't really fancy asking my surgeons advise on this, can you imagine Loui - "good morning Mr McGod, I'm having surgery with you in a couple of months, but whilst I'm waiting ive got a naughty nip, any thoughts?"
I can just imagine his face - Heeheeeeee.
I have however asked my daughter to ask my dentist though based on your suggestions. She's become a friend since working with my daughter so I wouldn't feel embarrassed asking her. She'll likely pee herself laughing when she sees me like lol. But if it is connected to the tooth she'd know.
Thanks everyone for helping

Lol I can imagine. I'd say it's more hormonal than tooth related tho x

Ohhhhhhh is that what you meant by change? I was thinking..."what's changed about me"! Lolanneritchley wrote:I thought you said you was having anatomicals cookie ? Xxxx
Yes, I agree Loui, it probably hormonal. I haven't had a period since I became very ill 5 years ago now and I went through a few years of terrible hot flushes and I thought maybe I was going through the change of life. I had a blood test to check on my hormone levels and they came back just fine so doc said my periods were likely due to the loss of weight I had, although they didn't return when I gained weight again and the sweats were probably a side affect of my medication. I'm not 100% sure what's going on though, but it does point to hormonal. Never heard a woman going through the change having a bloody super sensitive nipple though, but then....this is a new age isn't it where boob jobs are pretty much the norm now, so this generation who have had cosmetic surgery, especially those having incisions around the areola it could be. New thing to look forward to during your menapause - ain't life great being a woman heyloui1981 wrote:Lol I can imagine. I'd say it's more hormonal than tooth related tho x
