will 20cc make any difference?
I am having revision surgery as one breast is larger than the other my surgeon is suggesting a increase of 20cc but I have been reading up and it doesn't seem this will make much difference? can anyone advise pls

It can absolutely make a difference, depending on your body. On some girls a few cc's go a long way. Others it won't. It can take 100odd cc's to increase a cup, for me it was only 55ish. It's all about volume. What's your true band size? I.e. The exact measurement? Generally the smaller you are, the further the cc's will go.

Any amount of CCs is going to make a difference to your size. If it didn't, manufacturers wouldn't waste their time with all the different sizes. It would be pretty pointless making sizes that wouldn't make any difference wouldn't it. Xx

Do you mean bra size? Im rubbish with all the terminology, I went from a 32/34 a/b to a good d in my left and im not asfull in my right Im 5ft7 I have 340cc in each but the surgeon is thinking 375 in the left and 400 in the right im just hoping this gives me the fullness it lacks

Re: will 20cc make any difference?
Totally understandable.
Its the same for everyone needing revision hun. It's just so bloody hard to put that trust there again.
But you just have to have faith and remember the reasons why you chose the surgeon you did. You mustn't have felt there was better out there 'for you' when you booked for your surgery, so stay focused on that babe

I know this is an older post, but I'm thinking of revision surgery also as I have one boob bigger than the other. I also feel mine are quite a bit bigger than I wanted too. So want to go smaller and have them more symmetrical.
How did you get on? Did 20cc make much difference?

Hi I ended up having 65cc more I had a nightmare I really didn't trust the surgeon as he was the reason it was wrong in the first place, I went to another surgeon who was alot better he told me 20 wouldn't make any difference to my problem and suggested 65 so had them redone and they are perfect :-)

I'm glad it all worked out and your happy now! Good thing you went to another surgeon thou, it would have been awful to go throu all that again for it still not to be right!
I'm a little dubious about my surgeon too because I directly asked at consultation would I not be better having two different sizes of implant as I've always been a bit lopsided and he said no because with the implants in any difference wouldn't be as noticable and it is! Although they are nice there is a big difference between them.
When I went back and said I felt there was a big difference he seemed uninterested and just said lots of people have one boob bigger than the other! Yeah but not when they've spent 5k to have them done! I'm think I'm defo going for a revision, just dread going through it all again. Glad it all went well second time for you thou, hope I'm second time lucky too.

I had the exact same response along with some verbal off him he actually told me i was too fussy , hmm yes when I gave him my savings I had every right to be, I had a visible chest bone problem which he said would be fine!!! I trusted him?? But go with your instinct I think some surgeons get away with too much, good luck with your revision let me know how you get on xx

Yeah sure chick, Dr Ottaviani from Transform Edinburgh. No date or anything for op yet but I have booked to see him to discuss...again. I defo need this done, have been looking at Natrelle size charts too so I have a rough idea of options before I go in. Hoping for July date for surgery.

Re: will 20cc make any difference?
I've read a few things on here about Transform tonight which are not complimentary. Quite worrying.... if you don't mind me asking who did you choose for second op?
