Re: Bra too tight
Thanks cookie and can't wait for it to come . I'm dying to find out what size I am too. Seeing the nurse tomorrow I wander if she will measure me xx

Highly unlikely, they're just there for wound care. If you're absolutely desperate, measure yourself (but don't put it in an online calculator, it will make you cry!). Take your exact band size, and your fullest breast size, and minus the two. 1"=A, 2"-B, C, D, DD, E etc. Not scientific or correct, but to give you an idea. Always best to get fitted once you have your all clear.

Re: Bra too tight
Charliis right Anne. The clinic nurse doesn't measure you. She's there to check and clean your wound for you and that's all that happens at your first wound check. You might find you have a nice nurse who'll help with measuring for you if you ask, but I very much doubt she'll have a tape measure to hand.
Your best bet if you feel up to it whilst your out is to maybe drop into a department store like debenhams if you can. Bravissimo would be better. Some may refuse to fit you due to you being so early, but if you explain its just for a sportsbra because the one you're wearing is too tight they might find it in their heart to help. Other than that if you know you're a 34 back maybe buy a couple of bras in different cup sizes, take them home, try them on and take back those that are too big/small. Xx
