Achey boobs?
Hi girls, just wondered if any of you got Achey boobs after some form of movement?
For me, it tends to be walking. My boobs feel like they go all tight, like rock hard boulders on y chest haha
Also, this cold weather makes them feel really tight x

Re: Achey boobs?
Hi
I had this up until a few weeks ago, especially my left one, it felt almost clenched if that makes sense :-)
I'm nearly 4 months post op now and it's eased up, although they do ache when I'm due on which they didn't do much before x

Re: Achey boobs?
Lol, that's exactly how it feels :-)
I still get the odd twinge and zinger but they're settling in nicely, my right dropped quicker than my left but they've pretty much evened up now. It really is a case of being patient and trying not to sit in front of the mirror staring at em 24/7 whilst going ever so slightly crazy :-)

By 6 months they should be looking fab, just think of all the lovely new bikinis you're guna have to buy :-)
The underneath of my boobs have some numb patches and my nipples are still tender and don't have full sensation but apparently it can take up to a year before it comes back, fingers crossed x

Re: Achey boobs?
Yell at him to slow down! You really need to go at your own pace with this, not just the walking, all the healing. If he's walking too fast for you, just explain that they're aching, and the more they ache, the longer it'll take to heal, and the longer before he gets to have a go on them! He'll soon slow down!
