achey boobies
macom is in the wash so popped my m&s sports bra on which is a 36d and the band is sooooooooooooo loose. Not getting any support at all, only been out of macom for an hour and boobs ache so bad!! Only put macom on quick wash and is in the tumble dryer now so shouldn't be too much longer til i'm back in it, hope i'm not doing any damage in the mean time :/

Sure they'll be fine. I loved my Macom so comfy and supportive. Doesn't fit now the swellings gone down and so trying to decide whether to get the next size down or just get another shockabsorber ( def not as comfy though).

You'll be fine sweetie. It may be an idea to get yourself another sportsbra that does fit though hun so you can continuously maintain the support hun. Xx

It feels horrible when you take it off doesnt it! I use a macom and I took it off this morning just to give myself a bit of a wash (still cant shower so bed bathing myself!) and I just couldnt wait to get it back on cos it feels like your implants are going to fall out!
