any1 changed from rounds to anatomical ?
My re op is booked for 15th dec. I'm having capsulotomy on my left side, pocket revision on my right as my right currently sits over an inch higher than my left and I'm having from 340 cc cui rounds to 410 natuerelle anatomicals. I'm really hoping I will be happy after because at the moment my left is hard and lumpy my right is soft but all upper pole as it's too high and my nipple drops off the implant with my tissue creating a snoopy dog effect. I have paid the extra for the upgrade. Has anyone else moved from rounds to anatomical?

Oh, that such a shame. To have to go through it all when you've been through it once must be awful.
I hope everything goes OK for you! Have you considered the furry implant? Im having those, the main reason being that the rate of CCis so low, 1% in 20 years, instead of 15% in 10 years with other implants.
Good luck with it all, Jen

I was only offered allergen as in with transform but I did opt for the better implants this time and paid an extra 1150 to have them. I'm a bit concerned now tho as research is suggesting anatomicals are not as good as rounds and also read they are not good for a replacement for rounds as the pocket is already stretched at the top and increase the risk of rotation. I hope I've done the right thing now. At the moment I'm all full up top and my nipple literally hangs off the implant and sags underneath. He says the volume at the bottom will give me a slight nipple lift and fill me at the lower half than the upper. I'm having subfascial overs again and from what I see anatomicals are placed under the muscle to hold them in place but my surgeon dismissed my concerns a little and said I shouldn't worry and he won't be going under the muscle

Well if you are happy with your decision in surgeon thats OK :) I only mentioned furrys as they stick inside kind of like Velcro. They are supposed to be very good at reducing the risk of rotation because of this.
Im sure your surgeon wouldn't put you n something that isn't right, its his reputation after all x

Furries are only used by certain surgeons as they require additional training for precision placement. Quite a lot of places don't offer them because the surgeons aren't experts with this product. That's not to say they're not experts, they just haven't had the extra training.
Loui, theres no better or worse with rounds v anatomicals, its whats best for you. You will lose any top fullness, but if it evens out your problems...you need to weigh it up. I'm sure the surgeon wouldn't give you bad advise, but if you are still concerned, well, theres still plenty of time to a) see someone else for another opinion at a different clinic, and b) change your mind. Anatomicals can be placed both over and under, placement is usually down to anatomy rather than implant.

This probably confuses you even more but I had the exact same implant and placement and I'm all lower pole fullness and no upper pole fullness! I wish I had more upper pole sometimes!! Proves so much depends on anatomy! Maybe get another opinion so you feel reassured?

Make a note of your worries & go back to see surgeon even if its just for reassurance.
As Charli has also said you could also go for another couple of consultations elsewhere to get other surgeons opinions , they don't need to know that you already have your revision planned. XXX
