I was allowed after my 6 week check. My fav thing is a bath, it was hard waiting 6 weeks. But they just want to check your scars first make sure you wont get any infection etc

i was the same dying for a nice steep bath not long now hun and u can relax it in for ages

i was told i could have a shallow bath after my dressings had been removed at 10 days post op xx

soz miss read your post!! lol. i was told i couldnt have a proper soak in the bath till after my 6 week check, it was a nitemare for me as im used to having 2 baths a day!! xx

I was told six weeks too, although I went surfing/swimming at week 5 after getting the go ahead from the nurse.

I was told about 4 weeks and did then although i think its normally 6 for most ladies, your nearly there hun!
