one week on ...
Hi ladies so today I am one week post op and had my check up with nurse and got to see surgeon also which was a nice surprise. He was very happy with how i am healing and been told can ditch the band yay!! I am so happy with my results after a teary first couple of days with lots of bruising and swelling but thats pretty much all gone now. I cant recommend Arnica enough, just kick myself I didnt take it pre op and could of prevented some/most of the swelling and bruising. I have today just macom in the wash and decided to switch to the m&s zip up which I hate! Dont find it comfortable at all unlike the macom and cant wait for it to try so I can take it off lol. Any other bras you ladies can recommend for when my macom is in the wash?x

Great to hear you're doing well! I didn't like the m&s zip up either, I think its coz its not adjustable. the 2pk m&s high impact is supposed to be good and comfy. I ended up in Lonsdales, but their sizing is restricted (and I still wear the wrong size, but they only go to a D in 32!). Or just invest in a 2nd Macom. I just got a new one, they're still doing the 15% off with 'mybreast' code.

I'm wearing the shock absorber run bra at the moment and I find it really comfortable!! I now have 5 of them because I had to buy a 34 band instead of my normal 32 as I'm so swollen!! Hope your healing well x

Macom do one called I bra which is adjustable and the cups stretch so you just get for example 34 which is medium xx

Ambz, are you sure you're a 38? A lot of surgeons still add the 4/5". Measure yourself with a fabric measure around your band and don't add anything to it, that's your actual size. This is why so many girls are in the wrong size, and the surgeons don't help! Mine agreed I was a 36, which Im not.
This is why the Macom is good coz you don't need to know the cup, just the band. The 007 is the most popular one. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
