post op left boob slightly more swollen than the right is that normal x

Yup. Totally normal.
Boobs are wonky, different sized and even heading in different directions.
It's all just part of your healing WOOWOO and you really are so very, very early in yours.
It takes a heck of a lot of patience to go through a BA recovery. Mine took almost 3 months to sort themselves out. But they did and they were absolutely fine...as your will be too. Xx
