Yup! Very normal hun.
The only time you ever need worry about blood on dressings would be if the dressings were sodden in blood with no sign of the blood stopping.
Do-not disturb your dressings either WOOWOO. Your wounds in this first week are all knitting back together. In disturbing the wound by lifting the dressings you could possibly keep the wound open for longer and put back your recovery a little. X
