I read on the website for furry brazilians that anatomicals are more prone to rippling, is this sales talk to sell their implants or is this true?  I have very little upper tissue esp on my left breast, and after they remove my implants and capsule that's formed I'm concerned that I maybe have rippling. Currently have subfascial overs. Wondering if I can male a case to go under the muscle or would they charge me extra.

I also find conflicting evidence arghghhhh so confusing. I'd feel safer with unders to reduce the risk of rippling as with my overs I have at the moment I can feel ripples but when I asked my surgeon he said I have enough tissue for overs (although on my left my skin n tissue is very thin) I wonder if its worth asking to see him again?

I'd imagine with unders having the muscle covering top part of implant would help in the case of rippling though you would still have the chance of rippling around the bottom, I have unders & can feel ripples underneath mine ,more so if I am leaning forward. I think everyone can feel ripples to some extent , it only becomes a problem if it is visible.
What you decide either way you will want to be sure of getting the best possible result from your re op so I would think you are better to ask to see they surgeon again to go over your concerns.X
