I would get a bra extender that you can wear my on rear fastening sports bra. M&s sell them!

Re: band size
A lot of girls go up a band size or two due to the swelling, not to avoid the incisions. The surgeon will have been digging around inside you, and you can get swelling all down your ribs for around 3weeks, so you need to go a bit bigger. Bra extenders are the best way to do this if you're using a back fastening bra, because it means you'll still be able to buy in your regular size and use it once the swelling has reduced.
