Re: Sleeping positions
I keep waking on my side too, unintentionally. Although my surgeon did say at 2 weeks I could sleep how I like, apart from laying on them.

Re: Sleeping positions
If your body is naturally doing it, it's fine. I got the all clear to sleep how I want after 2wks, but your body will choose the position it's most comfortable in. Wouldn't worry about it.

Re: Sleeping positions
As long as you are not waking up sore it's fine. A kush or rolled up sock between boobs in the the cleavage area is a good idea for side sleepers it keeps your boobs in a good position and helps prevent wrinkles as stops top boob flopping over on to bottom one especially in larger sized boobs. XXX

Re: Sleeping positions
I was just about to ask the same question about sleeping. I'm not sleeping so well on my back anymore and keep waking up on my side wedges between my V pillow. I'll try the sock trick tonight!

Re: Sleeping positions
I was gonna say a pair of socks between is a godsend. I did this up to around 6-8m because the weight was new and achy still. Just some ankle socks rolled through (like you did when you were a kid to put in bras!!).
I did it again the other night as they were a tad sore, woke up half way through the night and my boobs had pretty much catapulted the sock out of them and bust out of my macom!!

Re: Sleeping positions
I am 4 months post op and I still sleep with my fluffy socks in between my boobs! My hubby and kids do laugh at me for it! But it's rather comfy. Xx
