Sleeping positions
I was told at 10 days po I could start sleeping on my side if I wanted, which was great as wasn't sleeping well propped up. But I used to sleep on my front and am really missing this. Is there a certain time you can start sleeping on your front? Is it when you feel comfortable to, or have I got to wait until I'm told I'm allowed?

Re: Sleeping positions
Just listen to your own body sweetheart and take things slowly and gradually, you'll know when the time is right babe and it's not the same for everyone!
Just take your time, see how you go sleeping on your side at first, if need be use pillows to help support your boobs, I'm 18 months post-op and still not completely comfortable on my front, but if I make a pillow hole LOL, this is whereby I use my V pillow to lie on so my boobs fall in the middle and aren't actually taking all of my weight I am just fine!
Yes... I dig holes in the sand to sunbathe too!

Re: Sleeping positions
I didn't feel comfortable until about 7 months post op, but sometimes I just needed to, so like cookie I had a pillow under my head and a pillow under my tummy and I could sleep like that for a while
Re: Sleeping positions
Thanks for that, might try it tonight. I am dying for a proper nights sleep, especially now the kids are on holiday xx
