periods
Hi, I'm sure I am going to have my period around the time I go in. Do they still operate or do hey prefer not to, be ed if I have to cancel now. Praying I don't come on but it's just my luck. Xx

Re: periods
My pre-op nursery asked when I was due on just to advise me to use pads rather then tampax so would assume it's ok from that?

Re: periods
Thank you, I have come on early and when I have calculated it now falls in that week, hopefully I'll miss my day. Xx

Re: periods
They will still operate so don't need to worry, but will need to use pads instead of tampons. X

Re: periods
Don't worry I started my period the day before the op and it was fine. Just unlucky!

Re: periods
As the other girls have said, it's fine, just an extra bit of hassle really and obviously not ideal. You will have to wear pads though x
