curious - do transform replace pips for free?
I don't have pips but I can't see initially they refused to replace the defective misold implants for free. I'm just wondering if they went back on that and now helping the women they let down?

Transform have never offer offered replacement for the PIPS they implanted. Nor will they offer a free replacement in future.
The last stand I know of that Transform took after some pressure on them to match the NHSs offer was to remove them for free if this is was what the patient wanted. If the patient wanted replacement they have to pay for that at a cost of £2500 with CUI implants.
There was a new twist in the news regarding Transform not so long ago having sold out to a German company. It's still not been revealed whether the sale was a pre-pack administration which would mean that when the sale went ahead, any possible claim PIP ladies had with the clinic will be relinquished once the sale went ahead.
Bit of a sly move if this is true, but until we know for definite we can't comment fully on that. You can read about the take over HERE
Why do you ask Loui?
